Refund Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026 · Contact support@tinydeskai.tv

  1. Failed videos

When a video fails or gets blocked, it goes back to your balance on its own, with no need to contact us.

  2. Video packs

Videos you buy never expire. You can get a full refund of a video pack within 14 days of payment if none of its videos have been used. Videos that rendered successfully can’t be refunded.

  3. When a video counts as delivered

A video counts as delivered once a playable result appears in My videos, whether or not you download or post it. An AI result that looks different from what you expected is not, on its own, a failed video.

  4. How to ask

Email support@tinydeskai.tv from the address on your account and include the purchase date and order number. Please don’t send your full card number.

  5. Where refunds go and how long they take

We return approved refunds via Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with, tax included. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  6. Your balance after a full refund

Once a purchase is fully refunded, whether by us or by Link, any unused videos from it are removed from your balance.

  7. Something wrong with a video

If you think a video went wrong, email support@tinydeskai.tv with your order number.

  8. Policy violations

Having your account suspended or closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Rights the law guarantees still apply.

  9. Your statutory rights

This policy doesn’t limit any consumer rights the law where you live guarantees.

  10. Merchant of record and disputes

Every order is sold by Stripe as merchant of record and shows as Sold through Link, so in some cases Link support can also refund you within 60 days of the original payment, and if we don’t answer a refund request from Link within 48 hours, Stripe may refund you directly. Please talk to us before you dispute a charge with your bank; any dispute is handled by Stripe as merchant of record.
