Frequently Asked Questions
Which resolutions can I use?
Every video is 15 seconds, in 9:16 vertical. Standard 720p (recommended) starts at $9.99 and HD 1080p at $24.99; both come out of the same balance.
Does it cost more with a friend?
No. One or two photos cost the same.
Do unused videos expire?
No. Videos you buy never expire, so the ones you haven’t used stay in your balance. Finished videos are a different matter: under our Privacy Policy they’re deleted 60 days after they’re made, so download the ones you want to keep.
Can I buy more videos?
Yes. Buy another pack any time, and the videos are added to your balance.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment, and nothing renews.
What happens if a video fails?
If a video fails or is blocked, it goes back to your balance automatically. Videos that rendered successfully aren’t refunded.
